Dear OMA users,
we are pleased to announce a new OMA release covering 1544 genomes. For this release we added 58 Fungi genomes and 2 new animals, i.e. the European domestic ferret and the Southern platyfish.
In this release we updated again all the common model organisms and most genomes from Ensembl (v70).
From this release on, we provide also crosslinks to protein structures via Protein Model Portal (a protal which provides access to various experimenatal and modeled protein structures).
As usual, the data of the previous releases is still available for download.
