Dear OMA users,
We are very sorry to inform you that the latest release of the OMA browser ("Mar 2015"), which has been accessible since 5 June 2015, is unfortunately corrupted. Specifically, in species that were updated in that release, many homologous pairs were erroneously left out in the inference step. We are therefore retracting the "Mar 2015" release and are using the previous release from Sep 2014 again.
We are now in the process of preparing a new release but this process will take several weeks.
If you have any question whether your analysis might be affected, feel free to contact us contact@omabrowser.org.
We are very sorry for any inconveniences this might have caused.
Kind regards,
the OMA team
