OMA Browser Jul2023 out: 30th release with 2,851 genomes and many new features

We have released a new version of the OMA Browser. It is the 30th release covering now 2,851 genomes. As usually we provide updated HOGs, OMA Groups and gene centric orthology predictions across all domains of life, with updated crosslinks to the latest UniProtKB, RefSeq and Ensembl ids and up-to-date Gene Ontology annotations.

This release contains many new features: We now provide ancestral gene ontology function annotations, compute (ancestral) GO enrichment analysis and display ancestral synteny reconstruction.
