We have released a new version of the OMA Browser. It is the 31th release covering now 2,927 genomes. As usually we provide updated HOGs, OMA Groups and gene centric orthology predictions across all domains of life, with updated crosslinks to the latest UniProtKB, RefSeq and Ensembl ids and up-to-date Gene Ontology annotations.
We also updated the ancestral gene ontology function annotations and the reconstructed ancestral synteny.
