We have released a new version of the OMA Browser. It is the 32nd release covering now 2,983 genomes. As usually we provide updated HOGs, OMA Groups and gene centric orthology predictions across all domains of life, with updated crosslinks to the latest UniProtKB, RefSeq and Ensembl ids and up-to-date Gene Ontology annotations.

I noticed that the All.Jul2024 archive includes oma-pairs.txt.gz, whereas this file does not appear to be available in the All.May2026 download archive. Could you please let me know whether the complete All.May2026 oma-pairs.txt.gz file is available elsewhere or whether there is a planned release date?
If the file cannot be provided because of its size, is there a recommended way to obtain the complete pairwise orthology data in bulk?
